Welcome to Route Himalayaa Travels & Tours! These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreement between you, the user, and Route Himalayaa Travels & Tours regarding the use of our services, including but not limited to travel bookings, tours, and related products. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment:

  • All bookings made through Route Himalayaa are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
  • Prices quoted for travel services are subject to change until payment is received in full. Additional fees, such as taxes, surcharges, or visa fees, may apply.
  • Payments can be made using the provided payment methods. Payment terms and cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific travel service and supplier. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of each booking.

Travel Documentation:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documents.
  • Route Himalayaa may provide general information regarding travel documentation, but we are not liable for any consequences or costs resulting from inadequate or expired documentation.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • Changes or cancellations to bookings may be subject to fees, penalties, or restrictions imposed by travel suppliers. We will inform you of any applicable charges or conditions.
  • Clients must cancel Tours or Packages 45 days in advance, with confirmation required by the company. Refund rates are determined based on receipt of the written notice.
  • Route Himalayaa reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings, change itineraries, or substitute accommodations or transportation if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
  • If a guest or passenger fails to arrive on time or at the designated pick-up point, the tour or package paid will be forfeited or non-refundable.

Unutilized Service: 

The Company cannot refund unutilized services, transportation, accommodation, or sightseeing tours included in the land arrangement package. It also reserves the right to withdraw an itinerary or refuse guests who pose a threat to others' health, safety, or comfort, resulting in no refunds for unutilized tour portions.

Travel Insurance:

It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package for all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage, and personal effects.

Medical Issue

Passengers must disclose any physical, emotional, or mental conditions that may require professional attention or special equipment during a trip. Failure to do so may result in the organizer refusing the trip and forfeiting the cost. Medical advice must be given immediately if a condition arises after booking. The organizer is not a medical facility and is not liable for any conditions or their treatment. Passengers must be in good health to participate in Group Tours, as their health and safety are the organizer's top priority. The organizer is not responsible for the costs of medical treatment or the quality of care provided during the trip.

Flight Delay/ Cancellation:

Flight delays and cancellations are likely to happen often during bad weather conditions. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Route Himalayaa will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
